Allotment of Canteens

The scheme facilitates the promotion of trade in tea and other food items by allotting canteens to eligible residents of Uttarakhand.

The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.

Application Process:

Information regarding the allotment of canteens is published in newspapers and through public notices displayed at public places, and interested applicants can obtain the tender form by paying the prescribed amount at the committee office.

Submit the completed tender form in the tender box on the due date.

Selection Process:

The allotment of canteens is carried out by a committee formed at the committee level.

The tenders are opened by the committee in the presence of the tenderers.

The canteen is allotted to the applicant/tenderer offering the highest amount for a period of one year.

Documents are to be submitted as per the requirements specified by the Canteen Allotment Committee/tender guidelines.
