Assistance for Planting Vegetable Crops for Raw and Ripe Mandap

Raw Mandap (Tomato/Chilli and other vegetables):

General Farmers: 50% subsidy, up to ₹26,000/ha.

SC/ST Farmers: 75% subsidy, up to ₹39,000/ha.

Semi-ripe Mandap (Vine vegetables):

General Farmers: 50% subsidy, up to ₹40,000/ha.

SC/ST Farmers: 75% subsidy, up to ₹60,000/ha.

Ripe Mandap (Vine vegetables):

General Farmers: 50% subsidy, up to ₹80,000/ha.

SC/ST Farmers: 75% subsidy, up to ₹1,20,000/ha.

Other Support Details:

Maximum area eligible: 2 hectares per farmer.

Construction material: 1600 wooden/bamboo poles per hectare, 400 kg GI wire (12-18 gauge) or plastic wire.

Recommended spacing: 2.50 x 2.50 meters.

The applicant must be a farmer.

The applicant must be residing in Gujarat.

Step 1: The applicant may visit and apply online at I-Khedut Portal: https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/

Step 2: On the home page, click on ‘Schemes’ and then click on ‘Agricultural Schemes’.

Step 3: Now select the scheme, click on the ‘Apply’ button and an application page will open.

Step 4: Click on "Apply New" button and submit a new application.

Step 5: Click on the "Update Application" button to add corrections to the application.

Step 6: Once the application is done, confirm it.

Step 7: Take a print out of the confirmed application.
