Assistance to Co-operative Irrigation Societies (Trible Area)

Monetary Support: Financial help is provided for the installation of electric motors and pumps on wells and agar creeks to enhance irrigation facilities.

Cooperative irrigation societies formed by small and marginal farmers, or any other farmers, are eligible under this scheme.

The society should be located within the state of Gujarat.

The Scheme is applicable to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant should prepare the application on plain paper.

Step 2: In the application form, provide all the mandatory details, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the District Registrar's Office.

Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.

Proof of Co-operative Society Registration.

Proof of ST Category (Caste Certificate).

Address Proof of the Society (Electricity Bill, Rent Agreement, etc.).

Identity Proof of Applicant Members (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID).

Land Ownership or Usage Proof for Well/Agar Creek Installation.

Project Proposal Detailing the Irrigation Setup.

Bank Account Details of the Society.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Related Authorities (if applicable).

Resolution Copy of Society for Installation of Irrigation Setup.

Electricity Connection Certificate or Application Copy (if applicable).

Any other documents as required.
