The benefit is to generate awareness among the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community on issues like child/human trafficking, family planning, legal awareness, and health (reduction of Maternal Mortality Rate, Infant Mortality Rate, Alcoholism, and maintenance of hygiene).

This awareness generation aims towards bringing effective social and behavioural change amongst the community.

The applicant must be a Non-Governmental Organization.

The applicant must have valid registration under Societies Act, XXI of 1860.

Step 1: The implementation of the scheme is initiated by issuing proposals inviting Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

Step 2: Eligible NGOs must submit their proposals for the implementation of the scheme by responding to the Expression of Interest (EOI).
