Community Food Processing Centre

Training: The Community Food Processing Centre provides training in fruit and vegetable processing for 10 days in urban areas and 15 days in rural areas.

Food Processing: The Community Food Processing Centre facilitates community-based food processing activities.

Training:

Any individual or farmer from Uttarakhand can receive training at the Community Food Processing Centre. A fee of ₹15/- is charged per trainee for the training.

Food Processing:

Food products can be prepared at the Community Food Processing Centre by providing the required raw materials. A fee of ₹15/- per kilogram is charged for processing.

Offline

The beneficiaries are required to visit the nearest Community Food Processing Centre to avail the benefits.

Selection is made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Documents are required in accordance with the Community Food Processing Centre guidelines to avail of the benefits.
