Financial Assistance of ₹5,000/- is provided for the cremation of the deceased construction worker.

The applicant should be a dependent of the deceased construction worker.

The deceased, in his/her lifetime, should have been registered with the Bihar Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

The deceased, in his/her lifetime, should have maintained regular membership with the Board.
