The eligible students will receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.

The applicant must be a student.

The applicant must be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate course, a 3-year postgraduate course, or a 3-year Ph.D. program at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.

Applications are first invited from students using the prescribed form. Based on the applications received, the Dean of Student Welfare prepares a list of students following the prescribed procedure. This list is then approved by the Registrar and the Vice-Chancellor. The Dean of Student Welfare issues an office order announcing the selected students, who are subsequently granted tuition fee waivers.

Documents must be submitted as per the guidelines prescribed by the university for this scheme.
