Employment opportunities for unemployed youths.

Provides digital literacy and IT-related skills to improve employability.

Eligible candidates may receive an unemployment allowance.

Entrepreneurial/Startup support after successful completion of employment tenure of one year.

The eligible candidates who cleared/passed the exam will be given remuneration/allowance of ₹ 20,000/- pm (for first 6 months) / ₹ 25,000/- (7th month onwards).

Note:- However, if the candidate has cleared/ passed the assessment test and is awaiting deployment, the unemployment allowances of ₹ 10,000/- pm will be paid by the CRID.

Applicant should be a domicile of Haryana having a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra ID.

Applicant’s age should be between 18 to 35 years.

Applicants should not be in any kind of employment e.g., public/government/private sector/ quasi-government or self-employment at the time of applying for the scheme.

Applicants should be graduate or post-graduate (B. Tech./ BCA/ BSc. IT) / (M.E./M. Tech./MCA/MSc IT/MBA IT) from recognized institutes/ colleges/ universities.

The candidates will be eligible for unemployment allowance only if the annual family income of the candidate does not exceed rupees three lakhs (₹ 3 lakhs) from all sources.

The unemployment allowance will only be commenced post 1 month from the Date of issuance of the passing certificate for the assessment test of the course completed.

Step 1: Check eligibility criteria before applying for the scheme.

Step 2: Visit the official website of the IT Saksham Yuva scheme.

Step 3: Click on ‘Candidate Corner’ and register under the ‘Register Here’ tab.

Step 4: Enter your Family ID Details and enter OTP.

Step 5: Enter Basic Details, Education Details, IT Course Selection Details and upload the photograph.

Step 6: Submit Fee Payment.
