Financial Assistance: A one-time assistance of ₹25,000/-.

Applicant must be a family member of a prisoner currently serving sentence in a state jail in Gujarat.

The prisoner should be the sole or main earner of the family.

The prisoner's family must be economically dependent on the prisoner.

The total family income should not exceed ₹1,50,000/- per annum.

The family should not be fragmented (i.e., should be living together and dependent on the prisoner).

Offline

Step 1: Visit the District Jail/ Sub Jail/ District Social Defense Office and obtain the application form.

Step 2: Fill out the form with all required details and attach the necessary documents (Self-attested, if required).

Step 3: Submit the completed application to the office of the District Welfare Officer/ Sub Jail.
