Financial Assistance

One-time financial assistance of up to ₹50,000.

Provided for serious or long-term illness, accident, or calamity-related treatment.

Mode of Disbursement

Direct bank transfer to the beneficiary account.

The applicant should be an artist or a litterateur.

The applicant should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

The applicant should be suffering from a serious or long-term illness, accident, or calamity.

The applicant’s (husband/wife) monthly income should not exceed ₹10,000.

The total family income should not exceed ₹20,000 per month.

The writer/artist's fully dependent spouse, fully dependent parents, dependent minor brothers and sisters, dependent minor children, dependent widowed daughter, and dependent differently-abled brothers and sisters are eligible to get assistance.

Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant downloads the application form (Page No. 8) from the official website.

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Director, Directorate of Culture, Madhya Pradesh.
