The applicant must be a resident of Bihar.

The applicant must have graduated or obtained an equivalent degree (including Alim or Shastri) after April 25, 2018, from a government-recognized or affiliated institution within Bihar.

The scheme applies to graduates from general, technical, or professional courses.

The applicant must have an account in any nationalized bank, recognized private bank or India Postal Payment Bank located in Bihar.

Registration Process:

Step 1: Visit the Registration page.

Step 2: Enter all the mandatory details and create a new password. Validate the Captcha code.

Step 3: Click on “Submit” to generate the login ID and Password.

Application Process:

Step 1: Visit the Login page.

Step 2: Enter all the mandatory details and upload all the required documents.

Step 3: Recheck all entries before final submission, no modifications can be made in the application after final submission.

Step 4: Click on “Submit” and take a printout of a copy of the submitted application.
