Waiver of Outstanding Dues: Complete waiver of surcharge amount and 50% waiver of the principal outstanding amount as of the date of implementation of the scheme.

Benefit to Consumers: The entire surcharge and 50% of the principal amount are borne by the concerned distribution companies.

State Government Support: The remaining 50% of the principal amount is borne by the State Government as a subsidy to the distribution companies.

The applicant must be a registered worker under the "Mukhyamantri Mazdoor Kalyan (Sambal) Yojana".

The applicant must be a construction worker or a Below Poverty Line (BPL) consumer.

The entire surcharge amount and 50% of the principal outstanding amount are being borne by the concerned distribution companies, while the remaining 50% of the principal amount is being borne by the State Government by providing it as a subsidy to the distribution companies.
