The applicant must be a resident of a rural area in Bihar.

The applicant must not already have a piped water supply connection.

The applicant should belong to a household requiring access to safe drinking water.

The applicant must comply with the guidelines set by the Gram Panchayat.

The applicant should be willing to contribute to the operation and maintenance of the water supply system.

Step 1: Visit the Gram Panchayat office.

Step 2: Fill in the application form with the required personal and household details.

Step 3: Submit supporting documents such as identity proof and address proof.

Step 4: The application will be reviewed for eligibility.

Step 5: Upon approval, the household will be included in the piped water supply scheme.
