Mukhyamantri Hunar Vikas Yojana- Self-Employment/Business

Financial Assistance:

Financial assistance up to ₹50,000 or the actual/estimated cost, whichever is lower, to establish self-employment/business.

Payment Disbursed in Two Installments

First Installment: 60% for establishing the necessary shop/location or purchasing equipment, raw materials, etc.

Second Installment: After establishing, the remaining 40% amount will be paid based on the inspection report by the officer appointed by the District Collector.

Mode of Disbursement:

The financial assistance is directly deposited into the beneficiary's bank savings account.

The applicant should be a beneficiary under the Palanhar Scheme of Rajasthan.

The applicant should have completed skill training under the scheme.

The applicant’s age should be 21 years or above.

The applicant should be registered their business through Udyam Aadhaar Portal is required for self-employment assistance.

Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant downloads the application form from the official website.

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the District Officer, Social Justice and Empowerment Department.

Step 4: The District Officer, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, will examine the application and issue administrative and financial approval within a maximum of one month.
