The livestock owner should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

The applicant should have valid livestock registration documents.

The applicant should have the required infrastructure to undertake AI operations.

The applicant should not belong to any of the scheduled castes and tribes.

The applicant should have the required knowledge and skill to undertake AI operations.

The applicant should not have any prior criminal record.

Locate the “Nationwide Artificial Insemination Programme” link and click on it.

Read the instructions carefully and click on the “Apply Now” button.

Fill out the application form with all the required information and submit it.

After submission, an acknowledgment will be sent to your registered email ID.

Wait for the confirmation mail from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services of Madhya Pradesh.

Once your application is approved, you will receive an AI Kit with all the necessary items required for the AI process.

Follow the instructions given in the AI kit and complete the process.

Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card.

Proof of Address: A valid government-issued proof of address such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, Utility Bills, or Ration Card.

Medical Records: A copy of the last medical examination report, including the results of any tests conducted.

Consent Forms: A completed and signed consent form from both the donor and the recipient.

Photographs: A recent photograph of both the donor and the recipient
