Out of School Children scheme under Goa Sarva Shiksha Abhivan

Sanctions are granted to the NGOs for providing special training in the centre as per the norms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).

The child should not be enrolled in a school.

The child should be in the age group of 6 to 14 years.

Step 1: A survey is carried out through NGOs for identification of the OoSC.

Step 2: The State Project Office of SSA provides approval of the Special Training Centres.

Step 3: The grant is released to the Special Training Centres after signing the MOU.
