Native and under study in Uttar Pradesh.

The annual income of parents/guardian of the student is upto Rs. 2 Lakh.

Students from Other Backwards Classes study in all government-aided and recognized state educational institutes (subject to budget availability).

First of all, click on the Option available in Student Section (by OBC students) on the website.ο»Ώ

Complete Student Registration.

To fill out the application form.

Take a printout of the application form.

To deposit prints out along with all enclosures in the educational institute.

Verify and forward the application form to the educational institute.

To verify and forward by the education officer.

To examine and match the data at the state N.I.C. level.

To approve/disapprove by the District Approval Committee.

To lock the approved data through digital signature by District Backward Classes Welfare Officer.

To generate the demand from N.I.C. on the basis of available data by the directorate.

To deposit the amount directly in the bank account of the student.

UP Residential Proof: Students can upload any of the following documents- Ration card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, driving license, or PAN card.

Student caste certificate.

Family income certificate.

Student ID proof is issued by the educational institution.

Mark sheets of qualifying examination

Current year fee receipt/admission letter issued by the educational institution

Student bank passbook
