Regional Officer (Public Relations Officer, Contribution Collection Officer, Welfare Officer, Welfare Supervisor, Welfare Inspector)

Get the prescribed format, fill out the required details and submit.

Applicant need to deposit the cost of copies with the managing institution.

Upon approval, the copies are distributed to the children through the institution.
