Rock Climbing Adventure Training Course

Training: A 6-day rock climbing adventure course for 100 children aged 9 to 12 years, conducted at Mount Abu or Junagadh Center.

The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.

The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.

The applicant should be between 9 and 12 years.

The applicant must be physically fit.

Step 1: The applicant should download the prescribed format of the application form.

Step 2: All required fields in the form should be completed carefully, and copies of the necessary documents must be enclosed (self-attestation may be required).

Step 3: Submit the properly filled and signed application form, along with all attached documents, to the District Youth Development Office.

Step 4: Ensure to obtain a submission receipt or acknowledgment slip from the official receiving the application for future reference.

Consent Letter from the Applicant's Guardian.

Self-Attested Copy of Participation Certificate (Required if the applicant participated in National Parade on 15th August / 26th January or secured 1st to 3rd place in Taluka/District/State level Sports Festival).

Proof of Attachment to NCC/NSS (if applicable).
