Payment terms and schedule are guided by the Common Norms notified by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

Training Cost per Hour:

Category I Sectors/Trades: ₹49/- per hour.

Category II Sectors/Trades: ₹42/- per hour.

Category III Sectors/Trades: ₹35/- per hour.



Boarding and Lodging Costs: For residential training or trainees who need to travel significant distances

X Category Cities: ₹375/- per day per trainee.

Y Category Cities: ₹315/- per day per trainee.

Z Category Cities: ₹250/- per day per trainee.

Rural Areas or Non-Municipal Areas: ₹220/- per day per trainee.



Placement opportunities for 70% of trainees.

Training in industry-relevant sectors like Tourism & Hospitality, Telecom, Security, Retail, Plumbing, Logistics, IT/ITES, Electronics, Domestic Worker, Construction, Capital Goods, BFSI, Beauty & Wellness, Automotive, Apparel, and Agriculture, Food Processing, Healthcare, Iron & Steel, Mining

The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.

The applicant's age should be 18-35 years.

The applicant must belong to one of the priority groups (SC/ST, women, PwD, transgender).

Candidate registration by TSP:

The candidate visits the nearest Training Service Provide Center for registration under the "Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana" umbrella scheme.



NOTE: Candidate registration would be Aadhaar-based & hence Aadhaar number at the time of candidate registration would be mandatory.
