Scheme for Containing Population Decline of Small Minority Communities

Infertility Treatment Assistance: Financial assistance up to ₹6,00,000/-, including IVF (₹1,50,000/- per cycle for a maximum of 4 cycles), surrogacy, ICSI, and donor costs as per the approved treatment plan.

Childbearing Medical Expenses: Financial assistance up to ₹4,00,000/- covering diagnostic tests, medicines, hospitalization, and delivery charges (₹2,00,000/- before delivery and remaining after delivery).

Post-Natal Care Support: Financial assistance up to ₹2,50,000/- for newborn care, including NICU, special treatment, and surgeries (up to six weeks after birth).

Support for Children: Financial assistance of ₹8,000/- per month for the care of existing and newborn children up to 18 years of age.

Support for Elderly Dependents: Financial assistance of ₹10,000/- per month per dependent elderly family member aged 60 years or above.

The scheme is meant for the notified minority community, i.e., Parsi/Zoroastrians residing in India.

Step 4: Upload the required documents.

Step 5: Submit the application.

Step 6: Retain the acknowledgement slip for future reference.
