Scheme to Provide Assistance to Processing Units in State Market Committees

Component Standard of Assistance

To create facilities for processing/ grading/ cleaning / washing /shorting/ packaging/ branding, and valuation at State Market Committee level 50% of project cost to all types of market committees up to a limit of ₹1,50,00,000/-.

All market committees in Gujarat are eligible to apply.

Step 1: he market committee must prepare a development plan and obtain an estimate from an engineer approved by the Director of Agricultural Markets and Rural Finance, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar.

Step 2: The proposal must be submitted through the Deputy Director and District Registrar Co-operative Societies of the respective district.
