Artists Category: 23 prizes totaling ₹1,74,500/-.

Art Institute Students Category: 16 prizes totaling ₹48,000/-.

School Children Category: 50 prizes totaling ₹25,000/-.

Scholarship: Winning students in the art institution category are eligible for a monthly scholarship of ₹1,000/-.

Artists/ art institute students and school children in Gujarat are eligible under this scheme.

Students should be studying in classes 1st to 10th in Gujarat.

Step 1: The interested applicant should download the prescribed format of the application forms for the "State Art Exhibition Competition" scheme.

Step 2: In the application form, provide all the mandatory details, including career details in the field of art, photographs, or color slides of work (self-attested, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the Gujarat State Fine Arts Academy.

Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority at the Academy office to whom the application has been submitted.
