Offline

Step 1: Registration with Employment Exchange

The applicant must first register with the nearest District Employment Exchange office in Gujarat and obtain a valid employment registration number for accessing training programs.

Step 2: Medical and Physical Fitness Assessment

The applicant must undergo preliminary medical check-up and physical fitness assessment at the designated center to ensure they meet basic standards for defence training.

Step 3: Training Program Inquiry

The candidate should visit the Directorate of Employment and Training office / the nearest District Employment Office / the Designated Training Center and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form for the scheme "Swami Vivekananda Exam Oriented Residential Training".

Step 4: Form Completion and Documentation

The candidate should fill the application form completely with accurate personal details, educational background, preferred service category (Army/Navy/Air Force/Police/Paramilitary), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

Step 5: Application Submission and Interview

The completed application with all documents must be submitted at one of the following -
