Financial Assistance:

Registration Benefit: A one-time financial assistance of ₹1000/- is provided.

Additional Benefit: An additional amount of ₹1000/- is disbursed after institutional delivery.

Further Benefit: ₹2000/- is given in two installments during the breastfeeding period, promoting continued maternal and child health.

The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat.

The applicant must be a pregnant or lactating woman.

The applicant must belong to a family with an annual income below ₹2,00,000/-.

The applicant must be registered at an Anganwadi center.

Offline

Step 1: Visit the nearest Anganwadi center or government health facility.

Step 2: Submit the required documents, including proof of eligibility.

Step 3: Complete the registration process with the assistance of Anganwadi staff.

Step 4: Upon approval, financial assistance will be transferred to your bank account in stages.

Proof of residence (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.).

Income certificate (proof of family income below Rs. 2 lakhs per annum).

Medical Certificate (of being pregnant).

Bank account details for direct transfer of financial assistance.

Recent passport-sized photograph.
