Scheme to Provide Monthly Financial Assistance to Elderly and Eligible Writers

Monthly Financial Support: Eligible elderly writers receive monthly financial assistance as specified by the authority.

The applicant must be 60 years or older.

The applicant must have made a significant literary contribution (e.g., authored books, received awards, or provided literary service).

The applicant must belong to one of the recognized language academies: Gujarati, Hindi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Urdu, or Kutchi.

The applicant’s annual family income must be below ₹1,20,000 in rural areas and below ₹1,50,000 in urban areas, certified by the Mamlatdar.

The applicant must not be receiving any pension.

The applicant must not already be receiving financial support under similar schemes.

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the online application form page.

Step 2: In the application form, provide all the mandatory details, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents.

Step 3: Click on the checkbox and verify the captcha.

Step 4: Click on the "Submit" button to complete the application process.
