Financial Assistance under following circumstances

In the case of normal death ₹ 25,000/- and Funeral assistance of ₹ 5,000/-

In the case of accidental death: ₹ 1,00,00/- and Funeral assistance of ₹ 5,000/-

In case of permanent disability: ₹ 75,000/-

Age should be between 18 to 60 years.

The construction worker should be registered as a beneficiary under Section 12 of the Act.

Payment of funeral assistance and ex-gratia is not provided in case of death caused by deliberate suicide or consumption of intoxicating substances or substances or death due to fighting with each other in violation of law in order to commit crime.

The benefit of the scheme will be given only on the death of the registered worker and not on the death or accident of the family member.

Offline

In case of normal death/accidental death/permanent disability, the application will be accepted for one year from the date of death/ accident.

The application under the scheme will have to be submitted within the time limit in any choice center or labor office of the concerned area..

It will be mandatory to attach a scanned copy of the registration certificate.
